With this dye, is it used like the Angelus paint? Do i paint it on or use air brush gun, after I used the leather deglazer?

Hi there, the Rit Dyes are applied differently. First, you would use the leather deglazer to prepare the leather then you will need to submerge the article in the dye and water mixture. This is a dip dye!

Hey yes I have a quick question on the RIT Leather DYE Do you still gotta use the matte 4-COAT for it to stay on your no because I do not want the paint to come off

Rit Dye is not Leather Dye. This is a water-based synthetic dye. You CAN apply (Matte 4-Coat) on top of your finished product.
