This Shipping Policy explains how Angelus Direct (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and ships orders placed through https://angelusdirect.com/ .
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note that orders placed after 12pm PST or weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: United States
- International: Selected international destinations
For international orders, shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. If you're located outside our standard shipping areas, please contact us for more details on shipping options.

Transit times listed above are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Guaranteed transit times apply to orders placed before 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.
The further east you are, the longer it can take to get to you. We are located in Southern California, so our customers nearby usually receive their packages within a day or so. Please scroll down to see maps of transit times.

FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
5. Rush Processing
When you select Rush Processing, we ensure that your order will be processed and leave our warehouse the same day if placed before 12 PM PST. However, Rush Processing only affects the processing time, not the shipping time.
- Standard Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
- With Rush Processing, this can be reduced, allowing your order to be shipped out immediately. For example, if you place your order before 12 PM PST and choose Rush Processing, we’ll ship it out that same day.

Please note that Rush Processing does not impact the shipping time. The shipping time depends on the shipping method selected. Here's how it works with different shipping options:
- FedEx Overnight: If you choose FedEx Overnight along with Rush Processing, your order will ship the same day and be delivered the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends). If your order is placed after 12 PM PST, it will ship the following business day.
- FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority: For these methods, Rush Processing only shortens the processing time, but the delivery will still depend on the transit times for those services (2 business days for FedEx 2-Day or 1-3 business days for USPS Priority).
Please remember that Rush Processing only guarantees faster order processing. Shipping times for all methods remain as per their estimated transit times, and Rush Processing does not waive shipping time.

6. Free Shipping Terms
- Free Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $49 (continental U.S. only). There are no hidden fees and no surprises.
- Every purchase helps sustain a fifth-generation, family-run business that’s been crafting and supplying American-made shoe care products since 1907.
How Free Shipping Works:
- Automatic at Checkout: Add $49 or more to your cart, and the free standard shipping option will appear automatically, no code required.
- Fast & Reliable: We usually ship via ground services such as USPS Ground Advantage. When possible, we may upgrade to a priority service at no extra cost to get your products to you sooner.

Delivery & Processing Times:
- Orders ship from our California warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Standard free shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
7. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Handling fees: There are no additional handling fees applied to your order.
All prices are shown in the local currency (based on the shipping destination) and may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates. The final charge at checkout will be in USD, and international customers will see prices converted to their local currency.
8. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- These additional charges may vary depending on the destination country and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend checking with local authorities for any specific regulations.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update in the system. This delay may occur as the carrier processes the shipment and updates their tracking database.
10. Delivery Issues & Delays
Angelus Direct is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Refunds may be reduced by the original shipping costs.
12. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, depending on the product and circumstances.
13. Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. This could occur if some items are backordered or come from different locations. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, allowing you to track them individually.
14. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on factors such as size, weight, or legal regulations. These restrictions may vary by destination and could affect the shipping options available for specific items. If any product in your order is restricted, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative shipping solution.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances or promotions. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us for clarification.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions. These events may lead to unexpected delays in processing or delivery of your order, and while we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, such circumstances may be beyond our control.
