1. Rub Deglazer over the area with a cotton ball until the shine is gone. This gives the paint a clean surface to grip.
2. Tape off the soles and anything you want to keep.
3. Brush on a thin coat and let it dry before the next one.
4. Keep adding thin coats until the color is solid. Lighter colors like White and Yellow build up in a few extra coats.
5. Seal the dry paint with 4-Coat.
