I was super impressed with how smoothly this paint went on. I painted some black faux leather boots and did two coats which covered them perfectly. Hardly made a dent in the bottle of paint. I haven’t used the boots yet do I can’t say how the paint will hold up.

Matched perfectly
I was having trouble re-coloring some leather shoes that had originally been painted. Dyeing did not color them evenly. So I deglazed them again and used this paint to color what were patchy purple shoes. It worked wonderfully. I never recolored shoes before in any manner. The paint was easy to apply and went on very evenly. I finished with Angelus Satin acrylic finisher. They look awesome. Now I want to paint more shoes!
I haven’t used this particular color (French Blue) yet, so I can’t comment on it specifically, but if it performs as well as all the other colors I’ve used then I’m sure I’ll be more than satisfied. I’ve changed the color of at least four pairs of shoes and touched up both a Bottega Veneta and a YSL handbag, with stellar results. I’m collecting colors so as to venture into some actual artwork on some other pieces. The paints are super nice to work with and have had no negative effects on my expensive brushes. They wash out easily(a little Fells Naptha and some vibration helps). They have a long work time yet dry rather quickly.

I use Angelus paints on things often. I have used it on pleather fabrics for cosplay and its held up great 95% of the time. On some types of pleather it doesn't bond well, so proper prep helps. But on real leather, nothing is better! It never fails. I love this product.

Great deep rich navy blue color perfect for my air Jordan 9s
First off, it’s an unbelievable color way. I’m soo excited to transform a pair of shoes first opportunity I get. I love the Jordan inspired colors, I like to mix and match my shoe’s colors.
Amazing although you have to be very gentle and patient when applying it
As you can see in the photos, this was for a bag project (I've taken up bag restoration during quarantine). This Fendi Peekaboo was a nude colour and I turned it into a dark blue, a dark teal to be exact. I experimented a lot with blues and French Blue is the perfect hue for me, however for this bag I added a small amount of Flat Black to give it some depth (5:1 ratio). The teal keeps its integrity but the black adds a neutral touch. Applied Matte Finisher after 24 hours of the second coat. Perfect. I also used the colour to dye my son's mesh Adidas with impeccable results. I adore Angelus products.
Great color to match the Jordan Retro 6 Midnight Navy
Picked this blue up to do some paint repair on Jordan 12’s and it was a perfect color match. No mixing necessary. Applied in areas in light coats and it came out absolutely great. The Collector’s Series paints are spot on in my experience. Can’t beat ‘em!

Lid was cracked, half the product leaked out and got all over everything in the bag it was sent in. On the bright side the paint that was left over matched my Jordan 12 Obsidians perfectly.
