In short, they are the same great Leather Dyes that you are used to, but can ship anywhere, aren't flammable, and dry a bit slower due to the absence of alcohol. You won't be disappointed with them!
Dyes takes the color of what is under them. So if you dye something white with red it will turn pink. It mixes with it. Paint sits on the surface and grabs on. You can cover anything with paint. Our paint is water based while our dyes are alcohol based.
Yes, all Angelus Dyes are mixable! Angelus Leather Dyes can be mixed with other Angelus Leather Dyes, and the same for Angelus Suede Dyes. Mixing dyes to acheive specific colors is harder than mixing paints and does require testing. (Do not mix Suede Dyes and Leather Dyes together.)
Keep in mind that this is considered a professional product. You may need to perform many tests before applying it to your final piece.

i used this to dye my leather door panels black and while it looks AMAZING, it’s been over 24 hrs and the black still comes off on my fingers. i’m not sure if it needs a sealant or maybe just some more dry time. hopefully it’ll be dry to the touch soon tho, cause it looks amazing. 😫
Quality dye, dried quickly!
I used it in refurbishing a pair of leather chaps. The bottoms needed to be touched up. This was so great. The results were fabulous. I look forward to finding projects to use other colors on.
This is very good leather dye! I re-did a leather backpack that had an "ooops". The finished result was like factory new!
Great stuff! I got a sponge brush to apply it but it does come with a cotton dauber. You don't need to put on a thick coat it's pretty thin stuff but covers the leather well.
Worked out great blacking out a pair of white Dr Martens. Be careful to not oversaturate since it can get sticky and difficult to dry. So thin coats with adequate drying time between layers is important.
Seems like a nice dye but was not compatible with the Angelus Leather Filler.
It is a great product and I used it to change colors on a good pair of shoes, I will use it for future projects
Beautiful green dye. Darker than expected, but lovely, with amazing coverage.
Dye is easy to use and apply - would definitely recommend using their leather preparer/degalzer to remove the factory finish before dyeing, it will help the dye to penetrate/color better. Four stars only because my shoes still turned out more of a dark brown than jet black after 4-5 coats (drying inbetween). But would recommend this dye and use again.

This was my first time using this brand of dye. I needed something very low odor and with as little rub off as possible, and I think it really works well. There was no smell at all, and the dye went on quite smoothly, with a brush for borders, and a dauber for broad areas. I am truly impressed and I plan to get some other colors!
I probably could have added a third coating though the instructions for this black were for two coats. The color seemed to be a very dark bluegrey- but with a top coat it darkened up acceptably.

Used this to dye my boots from brown to black. They turned out perfect. They look so good I almost believed they stayed out black. Dried fast, and didn't bleed at all. Everyone thought they looked great!
Worked great. Easy to apply. Started a new job and found out my new safety boots gad to be black, after I bought brown ones and had already broke them in. Saved me $300.
It dries quick and covers well. Don’t get it on anything that you don’t want black. It worked great on my corvette driver seat.
This was my first time using this dye but it certainly won’t be my last. It went on very easily and it completely covered the flower pattern on my shoes over as if was never there.

The quality and the value.
Be careful when using. It is a very strong dye and will degrade loose leather. I used the pre-conditioner to make sure the leather was ready to accept the dye. It looks very good. It does take a while to dry so be patient before trying to use a polisher. My sports car seat looks new again.
