The Glitterlite paints are so much better then I initially expected. I've had a lot of experience with glitter paints and they are often more messy and trouble then they are worth. These are a completely different story. They go on smoothly with great coverage and they look amazing!

Using this paint was very easy to use.
I seen a lot of people talking about how angelus leather paints are the best and that is all they will ever use, so I decided to give them a try. And may I say! WOW! These are absolutely the best. I use these on shoes when customizing and they do not crack, they don’t peel, they come out perfect each time and I swear it is from these paints and finisher. This is the only product I will purchase from now on. Also not to mention, ordering straight from the company is way less expensive than ordering through a 3rd party that sells it. If you are thinking about trying and have any hesitation, please try them, you will NOT be disappointed.

I am planning to use the glitterlites to decorate a second-line umbrella (decorative, not for use during a rain shower.) The umbrella is white and is typical umbrella material, a lightweight fabric. Not leather or normal sneaker material. I planned to put the sugar white glitterlites over the white fabric--do I need to worry about priming with white paint first? Or will the white glitterlites over white fabric work ok? Once the entire umbrella was primed with white, I planned to use this green and a blue color to decorate, like polka dots or stripes, or something, over the white. Any suggestions for whether this will work or not? I could also use traditional modpodge and loose glitter to apply the decorate aspects. I just didn't want the base coat of glitter to crack when the umbrella is folded up for storage. Any suggestions or comments are appreciated. This is a gift for a graduating college senior and I'm doing this in the school colors.

Hello Elvia, Yes our Glitterlites can work on leather jackets. We do suggest adding a light paint as a base so that the glitterlites can pop out more.
