Don't Forget
Tips on how to get the most out of our paint. Prep and additives are the most important part to make your work durable and long lasting.

Prep for Leather
Always remove the factory finish before painting (on leather and most non-fabric materials) by doing 3-5 passes with Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer.

Paint on Fabrics
Mix Angelus Paint with 2-Soft to keep painted fabrics soft and more laundrable. Perfect for painting on fabric shoes, jackets, hoodies, and so much more!

Paint on Plastic
Mix Angelus Paints with 2-Hard to paint hard surfaces such as plastic and metal. Perfect for painting the plastic on shoes, water bottles, flasks, and more!

Finish Strong
Use our all new 4-Coat Finishers to change the sheen of your artwork, as well as protect your work with these urethane-based finishers. Available in 4 sheens.

Airbrushable
Use Angelus Paint straight out of the bottle in our Airbrush (or any airbrush with a .5mm or bigger nozzle). To thin our paint, use 2-Thin. TIP: Use a strainer.
I like the pearlescent colors a lot I wish they had more variety of colors to choose from
Great color
I needed this for touchups to an old baseball glove and it did not disappoint. The color goes on great and looks like the original.
Didn’t try it yet but im assuming it will look like the navy blue color that I actually tried
When I do a project, I read the directions carefully and follow the plan. I read the directions and hints about 7 times, it didn't say shake the paint which seemed weird, so I kinda rolled it around a little. After I was done with the 6 coats it took to cover, I saw on the front of the bottle in *tiny letters* right over the giant letters that said keep away from children to shake well. I have my old scratched up rose gold Birkenstocks. I used the cleaner, the paint prep which I think is acetone, and applied 6 coats of gold paint. Maybe if I had shaken it well it would have taken 4-5 coats. I put 2 coats of acrylic top coat. The top coat has shake well in the appropriate spot, in the directions. Yes, I am bitter about it. I used antique gold rub and buff on the buckles. All's well that ends well. They look really great and if they get scratched up too badly again, I know I can fix them up.
Glad this worked out for you! Yes, the paints that contain an additonal pigment need to be be shaken more than the standard paints since the additional pigment settles. Please let us know if you have any further issues!
