Angelus 2-Thick is an acrylic paint thickener that adds body and texture to Angelus Paint and other acrylics. Use it for an oil-paint-like texture, raised details, or thicker paint that's easier to control for stenciling.

Choose a 1 oz. or 4 oz. bottle.

How to use it

  1. Pour the paint you want to thicken into a separate container.
  2. Add a very small amount of 2-Thick and mix well.
  3. Wait 5 to 10 minutes and check the thickness.
  4. Add more, a little at a time, if you want it thicker.

Paint keeps thickening for a few hours after mixing, so use 2-Thick sparingly.
