I restored my dress shoes which had faded leather and creases. With some elbow grease, I got my black dress shoes looking practically new. I do recommend using gloves, however. I would use this product again and highly, highly recommend it.

Does this work on patent leather? Particularly I’m looking to take a stained pair of patent leather shoes and dye them a darker color. Please advise. Thank you.
The dyes are not tested on patent material which is a thicker plastic. We cannot give you an educated answer to this one. We always recommend testing on the material before applying, it may work fine on that.
Do you still have to use another product to seal, like you do with other Angelus dyes?

I have a pair of vegan, oxblood/red Doc Martens that I scuffed the color layer off on the toe of one boot. Would the Shine , Die be my best bet to cover the scuff mark and blend it in with the rest of the boot?Thank you for any advice you can provide me!
It will really depend on the severity of the scuff. Wax polishes are also a good one to look into. The leave a stain and a good finish.
Would this be a good option for the bottom rubber part of white sneakers? I just used the jet black but it looks dull.

How long does it take the white shine and dye , item no.530-03-005, to dry?I apply this to my golf shoes and it never seems to dry. There is always a white film to the touch and tacky feeling. This is after letting them dry for 24 hours.Thank you.
Hello Dick! Thank you for reaching out. Once you have applied the product to the article you want to allow it to dry and then buff it into a shine.
