Hello Didria, It sounds like the glue may have been all over due to the screws not being in place. Here are the steps to applying aglets to your laces;1. Place metal anchor screw over lace tip and secure using the super glue provided or by crimping the end.2. Attach the Aglet by screwing it onto the metal anchor screw on the lace tip. 3. Use the provided super glue for a more permanent hold (highly recommended)We are also available to help walk you through the steps as well. Did not use them for shoes, used them on drawstrings for sport shorts. I wish there was more of an assortment of design.

I LOVE the aglets!!! They add an accent to whichever shoe you put them on. I put them on my Hare(silver) and Bordeaux(gun metal) 7's and they look sick!!! However, here is one thing to keep in mind - make sure that the laces you decide to ice out is a strong lace. For example, the 11s lace is perfect. Depending on how you lace your shoes, when you walk, the weight of the aglet will throw them around and your laces will get untied or fly all over your foot. So, I suggest using them on heavier, thicker or stronger laces. Aside from that, Imma cop more and ice out all of my kicks.

Thease are really cool and looks great on my roshes. I also bought the yeezy rope laces but the anchors that come with the aglets dont fit on the lace tips. So you just have to super glue the aglet to the laces and not use the anchors. If you do this u wont be able to take the laces off afterwards.
Yes for Roshes you will need to definitely crimp it. They should work fine on them though. You just need to make sure to crimp them in a perfect circle other than smashing them. As for them not fitting off yes once the Yeezy Aglets are on they will not go through the holes again unless you screw them off.
