I've been using Angelus paints for so long, I can't remember! But I think it was through DeviantArt many years ago.

If you could give one piece of advice to aspiring artists, what would it be?
Keep painting! You’re only going to get better with practice, and if you’re willing to put in the work, the payoff can be huge. It’s easy to get caught up in imposter syndrome and wonder if you’re “good enough,” but don’t let that stop you. Keep going, keep experimenting, and keep making things that excite you. At the end of the day, no one is going to create exactly like you do, and that’s the best part!
How to Paint a Halloween Carousel Wristlet:
A Step-By-Step Guide
1Surface Prep
Wipe the wristlet clean using Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer on a cotton pad to remove all dust, oils, or factory sealants. Allow the plastic surface to dry completely before sketching your artwork.
2Mixing Angelus 2-Hard
Because hard plastic naturally repels standard acrylic paint make sure to mix Angelus 2-Hard directly into your Angelus Leather Paint in a 1:1 ratio (equal parts 2-Hard and paint).
3Layering Paint & Details
Apply your clown artwork using thin even coats of your 2-Hard/paint blend rather than one thick layer.
Let each coat dry completely before applying the next layer. This ensures maximum adhesion to the plastic and builds a crisp and opaque color without thick texture buildup.
4Finishing & Curing
Once your entire painted design is completely dry, seal the artwork with 2–3 thin coats of Angelus 4-Coat Finisher (available in Matte, Satin, Gloss) to protect against scuffs and water exposure. Let the wristlet cure undisturbed in a clean environment for 24 to 48 hours before handling or using, and keep it away from water during the first 48 hours.
