This glitter cover as described. Took three coats to cover over base coat of sapphire blue. Turned out great. Close to what i was looking for. Sparkle yes it does. Glitter sure does. Does the job as described. Will use left over on next project which also needed this color set. Took almost 1 oz. To do the whole body both sides. But the start for 'The Coupe' Hyde. This project... Naughahyde monster once by Kustom amp. Company and Uniroyal. Well basically now lost in time since 2024. So made this custom one with another to follow. So these Glitterlites have help recreate this list in time rare now collectable. I have the Kustom amps and guitars to go along.

Hey there, sorry you had a bad experience. The Glitterlites can take a little practice. We recommend using a base layer of paint prior to adding the Glitterlite. Also brushing back and forth can help break the mica better to look and feel smoother. Give it a shot! you can also email us at info@angelusdirect.com for any help along the way.

I had a great experience using the Glitterlites paints I ordered. Just did as the tutorial video said to use it.
I seen a lot of people talking about how angelus leather paints are the best and that is all they will ever use, so I decided to give them a try. And may I say! WOW! These are absolutely the best. I use these on shoes when customizing and they do not crack, they don’t peel, they come out perfect each time and I swear it is from these paints and finisher. This is the only product I will purchase from now on. Also not to mention, ordering straight from the company is way less expensive than ordering through a 3rd party that sells it. If you are thinking about trying and have any hesitation, please try them, you will NOT be disappointed.

I found that the video on the Ruby Red glitterlight was what was needed. You need to supply a base color below the glitterlight paint. I actually used three glitterlight colors. I found that the white sugar was very difficult to later without over layering. So I just did three layers. It came out great though. Very impressed with the blue and Ruby red
I love the glitter- however it takes many coats and I have experienced some peeling even after proper prep! I hope Angelus keeps improving this formula!

Hello,I am wanting to repaint some boots I originally painted with your silver paint. Am I able to paint the blue glitter over the silver paint with good results or should I do more prep work for better adhesion? Thanks!

Can this be used on pantent leather?
Hello Jenessa, Yes, Painting patent leather takes a lot of work. We recommend first sanding the material using high grit sand paper. Then wipe down the areas using Angelus Leather Preparer , Deglazer. Follow this by applying 2-3 coats of an Adhesion Promoter of your choice. Now you're ready for paint. For a base coat, be sure to apply several thin coats of a similar colored paint and then apply the glitterlites. Use High Gloss Acrylic Finisher as the last step product to give it a nice shine. Hope this helps!
Can you paint a design on T shirts?
Hello Nancy, Yes when you are working with that Fabric material you can mix our paint with our Angelus 2-soft fabric medium. Mixing the 2 will help the paint adhere on that type of fabric materials.
