Thought I had ordered Red. Just plain old red. But somehow ordered autumn red which is way darker. Asked for return. Was given three ways. 25% to keep unopened. 50% store credit if unopened. Or you mail.it back your cost. Choice Was easy. 25% hassle free. Which was what was okayed. Have order red now. Was a glitter red backing and this one was too dark when going over black. Will just save now.
Excellent paint. These boots were destined for the bin after a pet related accident, but I decided to give Angelus products a try for fun. I always wanted red boots and the autumn red paint delivered exactly what I wanted .
The point went on beautifully and stayed on with my two dogs and their nails . It looks as thought the sofa was always red . I absolutely love it !!!
Autumn red doesn't pop as much as fire red does but it does have a nice dull colour.
I bought a faux leather ottoman and disliked the color which didn't match anything in my living room. Since I had put it together I couldn't return it so I looked for a way to change it. I used the Autumn Red and mixed it with Bowler Brown to make a dark red. The color was perfect and it went on so easily! I am very satisfied with the results.

Very pretty color and it matched my purse color to a a T. I did want to take a moment to thank customer service. Customer Service noticed they sent me the wrong color as soon as it was shipped. They automatically sent the corrected order and fixed the problem before I even knew I had one. Not only is it the best paint around, but customer service is great too

We were looking at purchasing a new leather sofa and loveseat because our 20 yr old set was very faded and the dye had lifted in a lot of places on the cushions though they were still comfortable and solid. I heard about angelus leather paint and saw the great reviews so I thought thousands of dollars vs about 50 dollars in supplies. I used the deglazer on areas where we sat and rubbing alcohol on all the other. Then I used the flexible filler for all the areas where the dye had lifted and any small holes. Then we painted. 4 thin coats total. They came out beautiful. They look basically new and we are now doing our recliners. The one thing I would add is that it will come out fairly shiny so I would order the duller to add to your paint if you want more of a matte to satin finish. Follow the instructions because it only takes a little bit to your paint. I would also allow a couple of days to dry before putting the cushions all back together. It’s been a great experience. Paint was great! I wish there was more of a true maroon color but I was able to mix the autumn red with the royal blue and got a nice maroon color
I tried finding alternatives, not cheap ones just stuff I could by in person . None compare to the finished look of angelus paints
I love using angelus products and as usual this color Autumn Red has not disappointed.
